1. Page Design

Project Introduction
Project Title: DAI App Catalog Landing Page
Timeline: 1 week, 2022
Project Type: Visual Concept Development
Tools Used: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
Team & Role
Designer: Gawon Lee
Client: DAI IT Support Division
Overview
This landing page was designed for DAI’s software catalog platform. It serves as an intuitive entry point, introducing the platform through brand-consistent visuals and illustration-only storytelling.
Design Goals & My Role
The page needed to strictly follow DAI’s brand guidelines, including the use of official typography, color systems, and iconography. All illustrations had to be original vectors. I was responsible for the entire design process, from ideation to layout and illustration delivery.
The IT department manages hundreds of software tools, and they wanted to visually represent this abundance. I chose to express it through a modular cube structure, suggesting volume, organization, and accessibility. The entire project was delivered within a five-day deadline.
2. SharePoint Page Design

Project Introduction
Project Title: USG GESI SharePoint Page
Timeline: 4 weeks, 2023
Project Type: Visual Identity & Interface Design (within system constraints)
Tools Used: Illustrator, Photoshop
Team & Role
Designer: Gawon Lee
Client: DAI, USG GESI (US Government and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion)
Overview
This SharePoint page was developed for the USG GESI team at DAI. The goal was to launch a new internal page that communicates key resources and standards in a visually engaging way, despite SharePoint’s design limitations.
Design Goals & My Role
Although SharePoint imposes strict layout constraints, I was tasked with enhancing the visual appeal of the page through custom illustrations and thoughtful layout structuring. All the graphics on the page were fully illustrated by me, based on specific content requests from the USG GESI team. The illustrations aimed to clearly reflect the values and focus areas of the department, such as inclusion, collaboration, and accountability. While the system restricted design flexibility, I delivered a tailored visual solution that aligned with the team’s messaging and helped them present their content more effectively.
